Website privacy at a glance.

This website is primarily informational. It does not provide a public upload form for tax records or other sensitive documents. If you contact CPA Tax Professionals by phone or email, the information you choose to provide is used to respond to your inquiry, evaluate a potential engagement, or communicate about an existing engagement.

Information you provide

Information may include your name, email address, telephone number, business name, and the general nature of your question. Please do not send Social Security numbers, tax returns, bank information, card information, or other sensitive records through ordinary email. When confidential documents are needed, secure access will be arranged through the client portal.

Website analytics

CPA Tax Professionals may use privacy-focused website analytics provided through Vercel to understand aggregate site traffic and performance. Depending on the service configuration, analytics may include pages visited, referral source, browser or device information, and general geographic information. This information is used to understand website usage and improve the site.

We also measure visits from business-card QR codes using a campaign label. A temporary session-storage timestamp helps avoid counting repeated visits in the same browser tab within 30 minutes. The campaign event does not include your name, email address, or tax information.

Client portal and outside services

The Secure Client Portal link directs you to ShareFile, a third-party service used for confidential document exchange. Information you provide directly to a third-party service is also subject to that provider's privacy and security practices.

Data use and retention

Information received through inquiries or client communications is retained as reasonably necessary for business, professional, legal, security, and record-retention purposes. CPA Tax Professionals does not sell personal information collected through this website.

Security

Reasonable safeguards are used to protect website and business information. No internet transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure, which is why sensitive tax and financial records should be exchanged through the secure client portal rather than ordinary email.
