MEET CALEB

Caleb Adams, CPA

A career built around accounting, organizational leadership, and the community I call home.

MY PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

From public accounting to financial leadership.

My public accounting career began at Dahms & Yarian in 2016, where I progressed from staff accountant to manager. Those years grounded me in individual and business taxation, accounting, and the importance of understanding each client’s circumstances.

I later served as Controller at Cardinal Services and Network Controller at Easterseals Northern Indiana. I now serve as Director of Finance at Center for Hospice Care. These roles have given me a perspective on the responsibility that comes with managing an organization’s finances—and the people affected by its decisions.

WHAT THAT EXPERIENCE HAS TAUGHT ME

Context matters as much as the calculation.

A technically sound answer is only useful if it fits the situation. Working inside organizations has shown me how time, staffing, competing priorities, and incomplete information influence even well-considered decisions.

I bring that perspective to my practice. I value thoughtful questions, honest conversations about what is known and what needs more work, and recommendations that account for everyday realities. You should feel comfortable asking for an explanation.

ROOTED IN KOSCIUSKO COUNTY

A community connection that continues.

My connection to this area includes my time at Grace College in Winona Lake and service with Habitat for Humanity of Kosciusko County. I served as Treasurer through July 2025 and remain involved as a member of its Finance Committee.

That involvement reflects the value I place on stewardship and contributing to the community around me. CPA Tax Professionals gives me another way to build relationships with the individuals and business owners who make this area home.
